The air cooler consists of heat exchange sections with finned tubes for efficient heat exchange, a fan for air supply, an electric motor, a duct for directing air to the heat exchange sections (fan manifold and diffuser), and a metal structure. According to additional needs, the air cooling unit can be supplemented with louvers, air humidification system, air heater and air recirculation system.
Air-cooled units are classified by type: horizontal (HCA), low-flow (LF), convoluted (DF) and delta-differential (DDF). The type of apparatus is determined according to the arrangement of the heat exchange sections.
These units provide an efficient air cooling process and play an important role in ensuring optimum temperature in various rooms. They are reliable and functional components of cooling systems that ensure comfort and efficient operation of technical processes.
