  • Heat exchangers are made with fixed tube sheets, with temperature compensators on the shell, floating pipe heater and with U-shaped pipes.
    The supplied heat exchanging equipment, includes a full range of types of horizontal, and vertical machines with a diameter up to 2400mm and a pipe length up to 12000 mm.
    Products manufactured in various material performances:  carbon, low alloy steels, high alloy steels, corrosion-proof steels, heat resistant steels and alloys, titanium.
    We propose repairing of defective heat exchangers and tube bundles.

  • We offer high-performance air-cooling machines (ACM) : of weak-flow, horizontal, zigzag-shaped, designed for the cooling air flows of different environments in the technological processes of oil refining, gas and other industries under working pressure environment up to 160 kgf/cm2.

    Oil coolers for cooling gas and oil-pumping units is one of the examples of our products.


    Usage of bimetallic heat exchanger tubes with aluminum fins (coefficient of fins 9; 14,6 ; 20) makes it possible to manufacture air-cooling machines with surface heat transfer up to 10 000 m2.
  • OJSC “Korosten chemical engineering plant” offers a wide range of refrigeration equipment for all types of industries - from nuclear energy to food companies, which require rapid cooling:
    - Intensified vertical capacitors  of various capacities, for condensing of ammonia vapors in refrigeration systems;
    - Evaporators with intratubal boiling of refrigerant for efficient cooling of coolant water and brine;
    - Condensers and evaporators of 2 types for ammonia refrigeration systems for general industrial use;

  • Plant produce ball valves, working on the main gas pipelines, gas compressor stations, oil pipelines, water and steam.
    Valves produced with nominal diameter from 50 to 300mm and designed for pressure 16, 80 and 160 kgf/cm2.
    According to the construction cranes can be both aboveground and underground, with manual and pneumatic drive.
    For connection to the pipes provided flanged or welded versions.
    Ball valves produced in climatic design:

    У1 - for work at temperatures from minus 40 to plus 80 Celsius degree;

    ХЛ1 - to work in temperatures down to minus 60 Celsius degree.
